New family members!

Say Hello to my new Babies!!

Hi Everyone!, 

So a few months ago i  added 2 new babies to collection of animals, and i completely forgot to tell you !

Here they are : 

This J.R, Originally named after the character played by Josh Henderson in the new series of Dallas, but he is now named after the character played by the late Larry Hagman, as he was a true hero.

 

And here's his brother Riley (aka Fat bunny)

They've both settling in really nicely at home, today was the first day that J.R walked up to me and let me pick him up. 


I'll keep you up to date on how they're doing soon !

New Lipstick colours for the Season ?

New Lipstick Colour to look out for ...

Hi Girls and Guys, 

Just thought that i'd do a quick update. 

So recently i've noticed a lot of people and models wearing a purple/pink colour lipstick.

I've been looking into the colour that everyone is going mad for and i've fallen for the colours too now. 

The main colour of the season seems to be a grey colour: 

The only one i can find is a lipstick by a company called Lime Crime, I personally love they're products, the only problem is they're another american brand so its hard to get hold of when your in the UK like me unless you order online. 

The colour to go for is "Chinchilla Opaque Grey" $15.99

If you're looking for a more purple colour with an easier price tag, I've also fallen in love with Barry M's "Lavender" 129 colour, and for £4.99 its a brilliant price too for a great product.

Introduction update ... And random signs ...

So I just thought I'd just do a quick post before I go to bed.
Normally I have a bad habit of staying up til about 4am when I'm working the next day, but tonight I'm going to bed early (1am!), (hey that's early for me !).

But I think I completely to mention on my introduction that I'm a huge fan of John barrowman and torchwood, and at the moment the uk are just airing the episodes of torchwood miracle day.
I've always aspired to working on a filming set and of all the places in the world I'd love to do hair and make up on that show ! ...anyway ....

Fangirl moment over with.
There's not much else to say at the moment as I've just been stuck at work... :(
Hopefully at the weekend I'll be able to go out and finally get some more foundation due to my last one exploding.

I'll probably see you guys after the weekend xXx

Urban Decay All nighter spray

So one more review for today,

When I brought my lipsticks at the weekend, I was given a free travel size Urban Decay all night spray fixer to try out...

Heres what I thought about it ...

First of all as this is just the travel size spray I can't really comment on whether or not they give you enough in the bottle to last you a while. But if you have brought the travel size instead of the full size, I thought this wouldn't last more than two applications as they recommend that you spray 2-4 times to cover the face completely. But despite this this small bottle is lasting quite a while so it's a great size if you use it for travelling.

When you first use the spray it feels sticky and clammy on your face but that soon passes and becomes a light airy feel to it.
The actually effect just seems to work on foundation during the day though, doesn't really do anything for the eyes but eye make up should stay on anyway if your using the urban decay primer potion.
All in all it's a pretty good product but I'd only use it if you going out for a long night on the town...

Urban Decay Lipstick review

Hi again everyone,

So I've kind of figured out never to blog when your angry so... I thought I'd do a quite review.
At the weekend I went to my local debenhams and brought some more urban decay supplies.
Normally I tend to buy the eyeshadow palettes but I've already collected the few that are out at the moment, so decided to try out some of their lipsticks... And my god their good.

The two colours I chose were "Lovechild" and "hotpants". Both of which come in beautiful packaging. The Lovechild colour is a gorgeous matt pink colour ( don't worry I will post
pictures). Hotpants on the other hand is a pink colour with a bit of sparkle included.

Both of the lipsticks claim that they are long lasting, however when I've used them I've found that the Lovechild colour seems to last alot longer.
The best thing about these lipstick is that Both of them also claim to be moisturising and full of all the vitamins your lips need to them soft and shiny, and they sure doing.

They come in beautiful casing in a gorgeous purple and steel colour, theres also a small
dagger figure on the end of the case that just adds to its charm.

Theres plenty more colour available in this range too I definitely suggest everyone checks these out, I've already ordered a few more colours to keep me going!!

Just thought I'd start off this page with an introduction of myself.
My name is Hayz, I'm currently 20yrs old and working full time as a trainee veterinary nurse.
I start make up quite a long time ago, and I think if I hadn't of been so lucky in my nursing job I'd probably be training to do make up at a college at the moment.

I'm a huge fan of Urban Decay products, so u'll probably find that most of my reviews or tutorials will include they're products.

I'll try and keep this website as updated as I can, but please remember I can be quite busy at times. But I shall try my best ...
